The Tenuta Centoporte holiday resort is an enchanting refurbished historical building situated in the countryside outside of the seaside town Otranto. Its dry-stone walls, the local materials with which it is built, the understated elegance of its furnishings and the wonderful setting of its outdoor surroundings, rich in vegetation, all recall the magical atmosphere of an ancient Mediterranean dwelling. There are 37 rooms, all en suite (2 with access for the disabled), all unique, with elegant, understated furnishings and fittings evoking the relaxing atmosphere of ancient Mediterranean dwellings. This is the essence of this Holiday Resort. All rooms have private access from outside and are fitted with LCD TV, mini-bar, telephone, hairdryer, and connection to the internet (available on request). The Wifi internet service is cost-free in all rooms and throughout the building.

Situated on the ground floor, with patio-door leading into the garden; they are equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom.

2 high class superior rooms (30 sq.m.)

Situated on the ground floor with independent access and exit to a private terrace within the luxuriant gardens, these rooms have two beds “alla francese”, and a bathroom with window and spacious shower.

9 superior rooms (24 – 25 sq.m.)

Situated on the first floor with independent access and exit to a private balcony with view over the garden. The bathroom has a window and a spacious shower. NB: 4 of the 9 Superior rooms can be joined via double doors to create a single elegant living area in the form of a suite, giving two bedrooms or one bedroom and a living room. 3 are situated on the ground floor (30 sq.m.).

4 classic rooms (24 – 25 sq.m. )

Situated on the first floor with independent access and exit onto a balcony with a view over the picturesque Leccese countryside. The bathroom has a window and spacious shower.

1 suite (38 -40 sq.m.)

The suite has two separate living areas, a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony with view over the garden.
