Farmhouse Cervarolo Ostuni – Martina Franca

Trulli are typical Puglian dwellings. They are round stone houses with conical roofs that have been constructed in Puglia for centuries. Some of the rooms can be found in trulli here. The main building dates back to the 16th century. The Masseria is situated between Ostuni and Martina Franca about 6 km from Ostuni. All restauration works were done with utmost respect for the original architecture of the Masseria (Puglian Manor Estate). Local materials were used for the masseria, the small church that belongs to it and for the courtyard. There are also a beautiful pool and a pool bar that make a holiday here just perfect. The restaurant offers delicious Puglian meals with a variety of Puglian wine. The location of the Masseria is perfect for excursions to the beautiful towns of the Itria Valley and to the nearby beaches on the Ionian or Adriatic Coasts.

This masseria is a real little Apulian paradise that offers accommodation in 17 different rooms. Some of them can be found inside the main building of this Apulia n Countryside Manor Estate, called Masseria. Some are located in the trulli stone houses that can be found next to the main building. Trulli unique houses with conical roofs that are typical for Puglia. Some of the rooms are situated in so-called ‘lamie’. There are rooms of different categories: Some double rooms are ‘Calssic rooms’ and others are ‘Superior rooms’. For families there is a possibility to book such a room for two adults and an infant on request. The Junior Suites are more spacious and it is possible to book a third and a fourth additional bad on request. The contemporary furniture in combination with the beautifully restored historic building and in combination with some restored furniture creates a cosy atmosphere.

The restaurant prepares Mediterranean Cuisine using local, fresh Apulian ingredients. The kitchen chef Quirino and his team are really creative, surprising guests with new delicious variations of Puglia’s cuisine. Thus you do not have to leave the masseria and can still taste many of Puglia’s specialties accompanied by wonderful Apulian wines.

The pool area is also very beautiful. Taking advantage of the setting of the landscape a beautiful infinity pool was created shaded by olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. There is a pool bar that offers refreshments (snacks and drinks) and towels for the guests. Mountain bikes are available for the most active guests. You should have a rental car or book a car with a driver.
